What is included in my monthly payment?

With your subscription to AgentBot, you can publish the virtual assistant you have created in all your customer support channels, access the platform to see statistics and analyze the continuous improvement of your AgentBot’s knowledge.

What happens if I run out of sessions included in my plan?

You can use as many sessions as your customers need and monitor them through our platform statistics. At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice that will include the additional sessions.

Can I pay for the annual subscription?

Of course! If you opt for the annual subscription, you save two months. You will still have the monthly sessions included in your plan (for example: 1,000 per month in Essential) and the additional sessions will be invoiced on a monthly basis.

How can I pay?
